These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of btjinc.com, BTJ University pages, related event and commerce experiences, and any content or services offered by BTJ Inc. By accessing or using our sites or submitting information through them, you agree to these Terms.

BTJ Inc. operates the parent entertainment enterprise associated with Brandon T. Jackson, including studio, live event, education, and community initiatives. BTJ University and event offerings may have additional rules that apply when you register or purchase.

When you submit a form—including guest details to unlock tickets—you confirm the information is accurate and that we may contact you about the event, related programs, and your request. Marketing messages are optional where consent is required; transactional messages about purchases or events may still be sent.

Purchases are processed through Shopify or other designated checkout partners. Prices, availability, and fulfillment terms shown at checkout control the sale. Refunds, exchanges, and seating policies for a specific event are stated on that event’s page or confirmation materials.

Promotional offers such as gift cards or complimentary inclusions are subject to stated limits and may change. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in cancelled orders.

Event dates, venues, guests, curriculum, and formats may change. We will provide reasonable notice when practical. Attendance may require compliance with venue rules, age guidelines, and codes of conduct. Violation may result in removal without refund where permitted by law.

Site content, branding, logos, imagery, and materials are owned by BTJ Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse them without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

You agree not to misuse the sites—including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, submitting unlawful content, or using automated means that degrade service. We may suspend access for violations.

Sites and content are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. BTJ Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTJ Inc. and its officers, talent, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the sites or attendance at events, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTJ Inc. and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the sites, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Venue for disputes not subject to other agreements will be in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
